The Board of Trustees holds regular meetings at 5:30 PM on the first and third Tuesdays of the month in the Administration Building, 1900 Price Road. Agendas are posted in the lobby and outside display case of the Administration Building at least 72 hours before regular meetings. Meeting agendas are provided for visitors at the entrance of the Boardroom. Special meetings are called as needed and agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance. Emergency meetings require a two-hour notice. All meetings are open to the public, except when the Board adjourns for closed meetings to discuss personnel matters, litigation, and property acquisition.
